First stage of the development was the training complex, than the Swimming  pool providing a Learn to swim pool 12.5m x 6.6m & 1.2m deep, and a Squad  pool 25m x 13.5m & 1.3m deep, followed by the 6 storeys office complex  completed in 2016.

The following stages will include a four star 120 room Sport &  Conference Hotel, a Convention Centre and an other 8,000m2 office building  with Childcare Centre.

All new stages will be organised on an elevated external podium providing  smooth access to the public parkland, and green pedestrian link between  public transport and the complex.
