Port Macquarie – Residential development, in collaboration with Chris Jenkins Design

Our design concept for the residential development in Port Macquarie revolves around seamlessly blending modern architecture with the natural landscape, ensuring privacy for residents and neighbouring properties while maximizing the stunning views from the sloping site. We aimed to create a harmonious balance between contemporary aesthetics and environmental sensitivity, guided by our commitment to creating airy, light-filled spaces that integrate seamlessly with the surrounding environment.

Key Features:

• Privacy:  We prioritized privacy for both residents and neighbouring properties, implementing strategic design elements to ensure each unit enjoys its own private sanctuary.
• Natural Light: Our design maximizes natural light penetration throughout the buildings, creating bright, inviting living spaces that promote well-being and comfort.
• Sustainable Landscaping: We've incorporated sustainable landscaping practices, including the retention of the existing significant tree on-site, to enhance privacy, promote biodiversity, and minimize the project's  environmental footprint.
• Integration  with Surroundings: The development is carefully integrated into the neighbouring built environment and landscape, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic while     respecting the natural beauty of Port Macquarie.
• Access and Views: We've optimized access throughout the site and capitalized on  the sloping terrain to provide residents with panoramic views of the  surrounding landscape and coastline.
